Our story
The story behind CalidadSoft.
CalidadSoft began in 2020 with a simple idea shared by Marcel Suzuki (CEO), Tymon Glos (HR), and Jacob James (CTO): build an outsourcing company where engineers and product leaders actually want to work together long term.
Starting with a handful of early clients, the founders focused on pairing strong engineering fundamentals with clear communication, predictable delivery, and a culture of curiosity. Over time, that approach attracted more complex work—especially in high-tech domains like fintech, mobility, and robotics.
Today, CalidadSoft has a team of around 20 engineers serving customers across Europe, the United States, and Asia. The company remains founder-led, with Marcel driving strategy, Tymon shaping the team and culture, and Jacob guiding technical direction and architecture.
